Give Something to Someone with No Expectation of Giving Back

About three months ago I decided to make a blanket for a close friend of mine. It was not her birthday or any other big event. It was just something that I really wanted to do for her. I knew that by making this blanket that it would be something just because she is a good friend to me. It felt good to me to be able to give someone something that took me so much time to make. I loved being able to give someone that I care about something I made with great care.
