No Phone for a Day

So I tried really hard to go without my phone for a whole day but all I managed to do was go without it for 18 hours. I actually have a really hard time checking my phone when it is on so I am not sure why it mattered now to have it on but for some reason I couldn't go a full 24 hours without it. I think that I am going to try that another day.
